INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT
Under SPV- North Bengal Industrial Park Development Pvt. Ltd, Ram Niwas Group has planned to develop 110 acres of land for creating an industrial park in Fulbari, North Bengal. The park shall have plots for industry set up, workers colony, transportation colony, power station, effluent treatment plant, standard design buildings and a bank. There is no such project currently in West Bengal state and principal approval from the MSME department has been received to develop the project. The lifetime of the project shall be 5 years and total project shall be worth Rs. 350 Crores approx. The government has also sanctioned to provide a subsidy of Rs. 10 crores upon completion. Currently 50% of the land has been acquired and the process to acquire all of the 110 acres is going on. This project shall have multiple stakeholders, but Ram Niwas Group will be the developer of the same.
LPG BOTTLING ASSISTANCE PLANT
Ram Niwas Group, in collaboration with various stakeholders for each plant, has planned to set up 3 to 4 LPG bottling assistance plants in Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The plants shall provide assistance to HPCL, BPCL and IOCL. Total investment in each plant shall be Rs. 4-5 Crores in machinery and the recovery of capital shall be in 2 years.
